Hmm...
Mexican construction workers that have had the tendency to leave a big mess around the buildings, have accidentally painted several doors (which they better fix later), and play loud obnoxious music (that despite my Mexican roots, I am unable to listen to it for more than 5 minutes without wanting to shoot myself).
